How we handle your data — transparently and in compliance with GDPR.

Last updated: March 2026

1. Controller

The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is: Falcon Venture Studio GmbH, Berlin, Germany. Contact: hello@falcon.studio

2. What data we collect

When you submit the contact or waitlist form, we collect your email address and any optional information you provide (company name, role, message). We also collect server logs (IP address, timestamp, browser user-agent) for security purposes. We do not collect data through analytics trackers without your consent.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your email to respond to your enquiry or add you to our waitlist (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — contractual necessity / pre-contractual measures). Server logs are processed for security and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). With your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we may send product updates.

4. Data storage

All personal data is stored exclusively on servers in the EU (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany). No data is transferred to third countries outside the EEA.

5. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Waitlist entries are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectify inaccuracies (Art. 16), erase your data (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21). To exercise any right, contact hello@falcon.studio. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

7. Cookies

This website uses strictly necessary cookies only by default. With your consent, we may set analytics cookies. Cookie preferences can be changed at any time via the banner at the bottom of the page.

8. Third-party processors

We use AWS (data hosting, DPA in place). No other third-party processors handle your personal data without a data processing agreement.

9. Changes

We will notify registered users of material changes to this policy by email. The version date at the top of this page reflects the last modification.
